The Rubin brothers’ latest release is called Kintsugi, and it pays homage to the ancient Japanese artform of joining together broken ceramics with gold lacquer – making them even more beautiful. Their philosophy is that cigars, like the gold lacquer, are a bonding agent that brings people together from all walks of life. It is this idea that celebrates the unique camaraderie of cigar smokers.

The flavor on these is good, but the construction leaves a lot to be desired. Soft spots. Uneven Burn lines and occasional plugs. After smoking 6 of the 20 I got, one was good, one was average, 3 had soft spots and inconsistent burn, and one was plugged.
