Newman PENSA, and crafted with the same care and authenticity as his grandfather’s cigars, Yagua is a truly unique creation. Hand-rolled at J.C. Newman PENSA in Nicaragua, these cigars are wrapped in an under-fermented Connecticut Broadleaf and bound together with pieces of the Cuban royal palm, or Yagua. Forgoing traditional molds or presses, each cigar develops its own distinct shape during aging, offering a handcrafted experience like no other.

Aging for a full year enhances the rich aroma and bold flavors reminiscent of Cuba’s golden age. Each box contains 20 cigars, approximately 6×54 in size, with only 1,000 boxes released annually.
